MMD Zombie Girl WIP + Mebbe Help?

So this is something that I'm working on and I'd like to distribute her, but I've hit a few problems and I'm not sure I can fix them by myself.

Mainly the skirt is still going through the legs despite me messing with the physics, or maybe because of it, and the hair doesn't move with the head, which puzzles me because the bones seem to be connected properly. It's probably a weighting problem, but I'm not confident enough in my PMD Editor skills to try to re-weight it. :/

So... would anyone like to help me? Mebbe? Pls?
